FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
Do you do videography?
Not at the moment but I have a library of videographers I could recommend to you.
Do you travel?
Yes I do! Travel costs such as transportation, accommodation and meals are the responsibility of the client.
When will I receive my photos?
About 3-8 weeks for weddings and certain events depending on the season and within 10 business days for everything else. If you want it expedited, it will be an additional fee. Please contact me for that.
Home service?
Unfortunately no, I only do outdoor shoots, venues and studios but yes for weddings getting ready shots.
Late policy?
There will be a penalty for lateness and any additional time needed, will be paid for on an hourly rate.
Booking policy?
You need a non refundable payment to secure your spot. Full payment expected 24hrs prior to service.
Cancellation policy?
Please give me a 48 hours notice and if you need to reschedule, please contact me. Failure to do so will result in only a 50% refund.
